Archive celebrates the craft of great drinking. The back bar features hundreds of spirits, alongside a thoughtful wine list and cocktails built on balance, technique, and seasonal ingredients.

Alchemy
Alchemy is where the bar team pushes cocktails into new territory.
Here drinks are approached with a culinary mindset, using unusual ingredients, modern techniques, and unexpected flavors to create cocktails that are playful, inventive, and occasionally a little strange — in the best way possible.
For guests who want to see just how far a cocktail can go, Alchemy is where the magic happens.
Dinner at Apothecary
Apothecary is also a full dinner destination.
The kitchen, led by the same chefs behind Rye’s Michelin Guide recognition, serves a seasonal dinner menu designed to perfectly pair with our beverage menus. Come for cocktails, stay for dinner, or build an entire evening around both.

Visiting
Reservations are available nightly and are recommended on Fridays and Saturdays. Walk-ins are welcome and most available on weeknights, before 6:30, and on the patio.
